Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'3" when asserting himself. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eberdeb grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eberdeb. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: She wears a black broad hat and black clothes, and carries rapiers. Her silver hair is long and unkept. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Shax lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away.

Description: This late middle aged man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time and is in decent physical shape. His rusty crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His eyes are red.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Quarethon studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and his religion dominates his actions
