History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vassago was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Vassago was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. Her blue crest is knotted and matted. Her eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a Ploughman, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student she started as a Ploughman, but she got bored and became a Sage. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Her silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, Mardred took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west.
