History: Geoffrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Shamash and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
