History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Galiena hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
