History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Gesrethe learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gesrethe was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Adelaide never married again. Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. After coming to the age of reason, Spring took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and doesn't want to be a glassblower and was forced into it by her family
