History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. After a long history of fighting, Sariel and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. At a young age his father died while driving off some drow. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in mace use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Sapply is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Sapply was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Sapply's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Merchant profession.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A gifted student she started as a Merchant, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dilettante for the past few years.
