His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: Direcris is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Painter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
