Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Loopmottin was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a sickle and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Aerdeth was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
