Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ribbles will drive conversation. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ribbles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heather embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Heather was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heather's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and she is greedy

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a fancy black suit, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His golden hair is still thick. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Skog learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Brewer for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. Her long black hair reaches down to her waist. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gaaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gaaki. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things
