History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: Dee lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
