Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Art was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Art decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
