History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Joan was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Quilla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Revenge; and wishes to resurrect an old love
