History: Gale was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Rathkran lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Rathkran was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Rathkran was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
