Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Jocelyn was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she feels kind of lost in life
