History: Margery was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her red hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are gold and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a longbow on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'9" when asserting himself. His hair is short and brown. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. Sporting a chestnut mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Bookbinder profession.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
