History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Akmen has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and balancing her hectic life and new actor responsibilities is difficult

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
