History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

The war was a terrible time for her, and Ruloth does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
