His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Anselm was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a trident on her belt. Her hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Phann grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Elf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
