History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and is pretty ugly. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ahvain has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Phann's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Phann was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Phann decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
