Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Beggar kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born into a rich family. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's in love; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Ida is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ida was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
