Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Arjhan has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilbert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gilbert was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
