Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gardain was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: He wears tan trousers with white and red striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cockaby is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Cockaby lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to be a miller again

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. Her black crest is greasy and uncared for. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a green shirt with thin black vertical stripes and green pants. His brown hair is lengthy. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Tethren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
