History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Ugol was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ugol liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Pelt fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
