Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. A true patriot, Vlorn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
