Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cecily will drive conversation. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Stylist mother left her crippled. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
