History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Elegant enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Elegant was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This malnourished man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Vadania was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others
