Description: This late middle aged woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems and is in decent physical shape. She wears her blue hair down. Her silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Makaria grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Makaria. After months of barely getting by, Makaria managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a brown coat. Her white hair is heavily combed to the right. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Rosalind was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Rosalind alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants revenge against brigands

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a grey shirt with thin green vertical stripes and blue pants. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her black hair is heavily combed to the right. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is content

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sage. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and she is unsatisfied with her job
