Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is dark but she possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. Her red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has never given up on her painting dream.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Merla grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Merla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Merla. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This dark-skinned male has the majority of his body covered in plate. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: Dabbledob was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has worked as a Sage like his father before him.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His green eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Alex lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She sports white long hair. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: She was born in a small island village. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
