History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Weaver, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This light-skinned male wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zûmug fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is content
