History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Veloptima's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
