History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Morthos alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Kairon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Painter like his father before him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
