History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Don and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
