History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Valida's homeland. Valida decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
