History: She comes from a rich northern family. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Decarabia has worked very hard to control her curse. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
