History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Adelaide was born with her father's beautiful face. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Chenna does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chenna grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
