History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Arannis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Crown-heir. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She struck the Sailor job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want her driven away

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
