Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a black vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Xappan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has styled her blonde hair well, parting it to the left. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Melissa's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. After coming to the age of reason, Melissa took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Merla was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Layabout. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: Standing 5'1", this woman wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length golden hair. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.
