Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. A true patriot, Wiggens would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Wiggens hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
