History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Tomph was born with her father's beautiful face. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered giants who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
