History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mijira grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Mijira was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mijira decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
