History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Baker born in the past three hundred years. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Fragrant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She struck the Baker job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: This late middle aged man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time and is in decent physical shape. His hair is short and black. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to clean up the streets
