Description: This malnourished woman wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up work as a Sailor and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Detective arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: He has a missing right leg. He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Hobart was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hobart fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She has a missing right leg. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She sports a flattop fur cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nimble was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Jane lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she is unsatisfied with her job
