History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Emmeline learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oppah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Burana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Burana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Burana. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
