Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. His rusty crest is greasy and uncared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. During his travels, Kerkad and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kerkad discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kerkad fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Justin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Justin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stableman and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This tall, slender man prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor. His gray fur has been sun bleached extensively. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in the south. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, blue shirt, and black tie. She has styled her golden hair well, parting it to the right. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Griselda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Griselda has worked very hard to control her curse. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion.
