She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wiggan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wiggan. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
