History: Born in the north to a Dyer, Valanthe learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Valanthe took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She became a Dyer soon after.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
