History: Gifted from a young age, Xappan studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture
