History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Guard. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Oda is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Detective arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
