History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Oriel took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up nunchaku and armor she uses now. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Arava's homeland. Arava decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
