Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She wears a colorful flower in her bronze crest. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gold eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ruloth isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ruloth does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
